Hi, my name is Angela.

I cook (and eat) without plain flour, yeast, lactose, sugar.

I don't know how many people must eat as me...so I thought to create a blog with my version of normal recipes...just because someone could need it as starting point, as proof that you can cook without and eat wonderful dishes even without any ingredients. You must open your mind to new experiences and try and try again until the result is good as you want! I love cooking and I'm ready to test ...to improve my recipes or to make new ones...this is my life, this is the way I eat! I don't know if someone can be interested in but if my blog was useful even to only a person, I should be happy. Welcome to everybody (both the WITH and the WITHOUT ones).
